素材の味を追求して香料や人工甘味料を使わず
フルーツやスパイスのカクテルを。

当店では基本的にリキュールの使用をしていません。果物、ハーブ、スパイスと少量の氷砂糖を主な主原料としてカクテルを作ります。例えば”カシスソーダ”を作るときも市販のリキュールを使用せずに本物のカシスの実から”カシスソーダ”を作ります。

We basically do not use liqueur in our shop. We make cocktails with fruits, herbs, spices and a small amount of rock candy as the main ingredients. For example, when making “Cassis soda”, make “Cassis soda” from real cassis fruits without using commercially available liqueur.

お茶割りにもこだわりを

烏龍杯や緑茶割りにもこだわりを持って作ります。ペットボトルのお茶を使わず茶葉からお茶を煎れています。台湾から取り寄せた凍頂烏龍茶割や静岡産の緑茶割りも当店の自慢の一杯となっております。

Also stick to tea splitting

We are particular about making crow dragon cups and green tea splits. Tea is roasted from tea leaves without using PET bottles of tea. Dong Ding Tea Wari ordered from Taiwan and Green Tea Wari from Shizuoka are also our pride.

当店ではBGMをレコードでかけています。ビンテージのスピーカーで音楽とお酒をお楽しみください。音楽を楽しんでいただきたいので大声での会話、スマホでの通話、動画再生などはお断りさせていただ頂いております。

Soothing music on vinyl

At our shop, BGM is played on vinyl. Enjoy music and liquor with vintage speakers. Since we want you to enjoy the music, we do not accept loud conversations, smartphone calls, video playback, etc.

当店では植物をたくさん扱っています。植物には空気清浄、加湿、リラックス効果、などがあります。植物に囲まれながら非日常感を味わって頂けます。購入可能な植物もあるのでお酒を飲みながらお気に入りの植物を選べます。

こだわりのジャークチキンとコーヒーはTakeoutもできます。ジャマイカの郷土料理のスパイシーなチキンとココナッツミルクで炊いたライスアンドピースは相性抜群です。
